Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window
You may cancel your booking for a full refund of your deposit within 72 hours of the time your booking is confirmed, provided your move date is at least 7 days away. Cancellations received after the 72-hour window but more than 7 days before your move date are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled move date are non-refundable.

To cancel your booking, contact your dedicated move manager directly by phone or email. You may also reach our customer service team at:

Please have your booking confirmation number ready. Cancellation requests submitted by email are effective upon our written acknowledgment; we aim to respond within one business day.
Rescheduling
If your plans change, rescheduling is often a better option than cancelling. We will do our best to accommodate a new move date at no additional fee when notice is given at least 7 days before the original move date. Rescheduling requests within 7 days of the move date are subject to carrier availability and may incur a rescheduling fee. Contact your move manager as early as possible — flexibility decreases as your move date approaches.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of cancellation confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@bundlemoving.com.
