When you request a moving quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, origin and destination addresses, move date, and details about your household inventory (size, special items, access conditions). We also collect standard usage data when you visit bundlemoving.com — including pages viewed, referring URLs, and browser/device type — through first-party analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

How We Use It

We use your information to provide moving quotes, match your move with carrier partners in our network, assign a dedicated move manager, and communicate with you throughout the move process. Usage analytics help us understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve the experience. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Sharing Your Information

Bundle Moving LLC is a licensed moving broker. To fulfill your move, we share the relevant details of your shipment (origin, destination, inventory, contact information) with FMCSA-licensed carrier partners for the purpose of quoting and fulfillment. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Carriers who receive your information are contractually required to use it only for your move.
